terms of service

CONDENSED TOS

  • Product will be delivered digitally.

  • Customer has right to ilimited revisions in the sketching phase.

  • the client has the right to free revision only sometimes, but ask for revision only if it's necessary, I can correct what's wrong like the clothes or the character design

  • Must be paid in USD

  • Products cannot be used for commercial use without permission

  • the customer can refuse or ask for a refund if they wish.

  • the client cannot use my commissioned artwork for NFTS, AI and cryptocurrencies

  • 2D thumbnail art for videos costs $50

TERMS OF SERVICE

PRODUCT DELIVERY
5. be patient depending on the character I can take weeks, days or a few months.
6.You can contact me asking how the progress is going, I will show you as soon as I have a traditional sketch ready or a wip of me making progress in my mobile drawing software app.REVISIONS
7.The client does not necessarily have to pay to make adjustments to the commission design, just ask me politely and write in a concise way that I can understand.
8.The client has the right to request changes to make adjustments to something that was wrong in the drawing or to update the character design.
REFUND POLICY
6.I accept refunds, it when I can't finish the art completelyPERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
7. do not use my commissioned art and public art for NFTS and AI
